When did you start your business and what made you begin?

The idea for my business came to me in February 2021, I was browsing jewelry on Pinterest and it
occurred to me it would be fun to try and make new looks with the jewelry already present in my
jewelry box collection.

That’s when the idea to reinvent the typical earring back to have a hook came to me. What kind of
looks could I make if I could attach my own rings and charms to my earring back? The challenge of
creating a new earring back with a hook to secure rings and charms to the back of the earring was a
puzzle I wanted to solve!

What inspires you most and is there someone who influences you?

Small business owners are truly inspiring! Not only are they continuously creating, but I am just
beginning to understand the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes.
I follow a bunch of small business owners on my social media accounts and seeing their ability to
keep posting and their perseverance in continuing their business journey is a source of
encouragement for me!

Who are your biggest supporters?

My family, friends, and wonderful customers I meet at markets! A lot of people have expressed their encouragement and interest in my journey which is something that always great and fun to hear!

Where do you see yourself in two years? What is your main goal?

In two years, I hope to have TONS of charms and ring selection for everyone’s tastes which would
include a silver line as well! My ultimate dream would also to do multiple collaborations with other
jewelry brands!

If you could give business advice to a new business owner, what would it be?

My advice to a new business owner would be to work in small steps and set realistic expectations for yourself. Like many small business owners, I have my full-time job that I do during my day hours, and in the evenings when I come home, I try to cut big tasks into bite sizes in the evenings, so tasks don’t seem as daunting! There’s a lot of work involved but scheduling even a small part of your day
towards your goals will eventually add up to something!
